summer, fall, when the tourists flock to the North Shore once again, I'm going to haul my modified seven foot high step-ladder (with railings)(on wheels) out onto Cleveland Dam's north side road (Capilano River Metro Regional Park) and sell tickets to photographers so they can shoot over the dam's chain link fence to capture the Lions and the reservoir because right now, and from 1954, its been like this.
