In perspective: In 32 years time Jamie Bacon will be welcomed by the Liberals (feds and provs) as they have Jaspal Singh Atwal

Google Search criteria of 'Jamie Bacon' needs nothing more than his name to illicit his god given right in 32 years to safe passage to the highest level of interaction of the political spectrum, whether it be at the provincial (BC Liberals invitation) or federal (Trudeau invitation) levels.

Google  doesn't require the inclusion of the criminal element to get results.

 John Ivison:
On Trudeau's India trip and the Atwal affair, Daniel Jean had a line and stuck to it :

There can be no doubt that Canada’s national security adviser was telling the truth, and nothing but the truth, when he appeared before a parliamentary committee on Monday, in an attempt to clear up the Jaspal Atwal affair.

But Daniel Jean was explicit that he could not tell MPs the whole truth, because much of it remains classified.

The upshot was that Jean revealed fewer details on the events surrounding Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s trip to India than he did at the time to journalists (including this one).

Recalling that time, I have no doubt there were some within the Sikh community who were "proud" of Atwal, on the other hand I'm sure there were more who weren't. it was simply another case of people bringing the issues of their former homeland to this country. Its been done before and it will happen again. there is nothing wrong with that, if its kept peaceful and that is where some within the Sikh community moved beyond the bonds of good Canadian citizenship.

How that guy got invited to Christy Clarks little event would be interesting to know. We read the official version, but what was really behind it is what I'd like to know and ditto with the Trudeau trip. Perhaps it was an attempt to "clean up" his resume to see if they could run him for office in some riding they wanted.

Canadian politicians need to be mindful of the full story behind some of those who are invited into the "club". As you say, the Bacon brothers could be forgive for all. I suspect the main difference is, the Bacon brothers killed people here and the Sikh terrorists killed people who were Indian or of Indian descent, so in a manner, the white establishment here just didn't care enough. I do like your article. it establishes what these killers were really all about. They are no different from the Bacon brothers or any other gangster/mobster in Canada.
