For those that missed the Disclosure section of the BC Rail Trial, for those that missed the Trial of those involved in the BC Rail Trial, for those who have tired of watching that which takes place Monday to Thursday at the BC Legislature in Victoria, and know full well that by the end of Thursday, today, it ends till the Fall Session is called by the BC Liberal Leader.
Know therefore why, that tomorrow, Friday, June 1st, 2012, has been set aside for one John van Dongen, Member of the Legislative Assembly, former BC Liberal, Former BC Liberal Cabinet Minister, now a BC Conservative MLA backbencher, will attend the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Come one, come all, to learn first hand just how $6,000,000 non-indemnities left the British Columbia Treasury, unobstructed by the BC Liberal Government Cabinet in charge.
No Recording devices (except accredited Journalists on the last item of banned instruments).
Nothing, and we mean Nothing has changed since the BC Rail Trial..... where those Court Room proceedings were by guess and by golly as to whether or not there was A Court in session for a particular day on the calendar. The Public is not informed. Those participating in the day's proceedings are kept up to date, but the PUBLIC.... forget it.
There is only ONE Honourable Chief Justice...... and his name will be at the top of the pecking order list.
