Premier Christy Clark Lives, Plays, and Works in downtown Vancouver, not Vancouver-Point Grey, not Victoria

Why is Christy using the buzzwords of "Inside the Beltway" from the US of A Capital to describe her personal experiences of Victoria (Capital)?  Had She forgotten that the Beltway was the basis for Her resignation from the Gordon Campbell government?
USA version: "Inside the Beltway" is an American idiom used to characterize matters that are, or seem to be, important primarily to officials of the U.S. federal government, to its contractors and lobbyists, and to the corporate media which cover them—as opposed to the interests and priorities of the general U.S. population.

BC version: "Inside the Beltway" is a Canadian idiom used to characterize matters that are, or seem to be, important primarily to officials of the British Columbian government, to its contractors (cost plus+plus+plus) and lobbyists, and to the corporate media which cover them—as opposed to the interests and priorities of the general Canadian population.

USA version SpecificallyThe Beltway refers to Interstate 495, the Capital Beltway, a circumferential highway (beltway) that has encircled Washington, D.C.

BC version Specifically:  We don't have a circumferential highway around Victoria.... its a dead end.... similar to Jolly Old England's Land's End.

Members of the BC Legislature's ONLY have two places of Work, one is in their Constituents Riding, the other is in Victoria where they stand together, or apart on either the Government side of the Legislature or on the Opposition side, which includes the Independents MLAs (Opposition).   Now its been revealed, in the Premier's own words that Victoria place of Work is a SICK CULTURE.  For the Majority of MLA's, Victoria is the ONLY place where all the MLA's congregate to discuss issues concerning each of their Ridings, each of their Constituents.

The Premier is the exception to that rule.  The Premier has Her Constituent Riding office,  Her Victoria office and Her Downtown Vancouver Premier's Office.

How is it in times of restraint, the Premier, the BC Liberals too, justify basically double dipping of having TWO seats of Government power.   The Premier has shown Her true colours by saying this about the Capital of British Columbia:
"I try never to go over there.  Because it's sick.  It's a sick culture.  All they can think about is government and there are no real people in Victoria, and you get captured by this inside-the-beltway debate, and it's really unhealthy."  - Christy
Victoria is, the Capital where its their function To think GOVERNMENT!  What the hell is Christy doing in Vancouver and not be thinking Government?

What it all boils down to is the Premier prefers not to face the Music, not to listen to the scores of issues that arise during a Fall sitting, she prefers instead to CANCEL the public's access to all of OUR MLA's for only two  ONE Session a year based solely on the fact revealed by her new Minister of Finance Mike de Jong, where he confesses, new Ministers are Rookies and they are not up to speed to handle the Oppositions questions because of their recent appointments.

If these "Rookies" are of the same caliber as the ONLY sitting MLA to have backed Christy in Her run to be the Leader of the BC Liberals, and eventually the Premiership, we don't need more copies of Harry Bloy who only lasted a year:

1. Appointed by OIC 63/11, on March 14, 2011.
2. Appointment rescinded by OIC 464/11 on Sept. 26, 2011.
3. Appointed by OIC 464/11 on Sept 26, 2011.
4. Appointment rescinded by OIC 159/12 on Mar. 16, 2012

I feel silly not having heard "cost plus plus plus" used to define the 3 P's in P3.
