Remember this scene: Christy Clark and Stephen Harper, sitting side by side, at her son's hockey game, are talking shop, families first and politics in general.

Give us the Billions of dollars contracts for the next 30 years and in exchange take away a few trinkets that the public won't notice........across Canada.  That way you (Harper) will satisfy finding the needs for the first place finisher back East....and out here on the West Coast.....

Maybe it didn't go quite like that, but to find the monies that Harper wanted to spend on LARGE, make work projects that would generate a wealth of voters, directly and indirectly, what better way than to buy off one part of the population with taxpayers dollars and drop the few who are pleasure seeking weekend enthusiasts.......

Just where is Harper getting all the money he is spending today?

Is it like maybe a secret handshake between Clark and Harper where the latter is downloading prisons onto provincial entities and all that the Attorney General of BC has been told to do by the Premier, who is always unavailable, is to Smile, through gritted teeth, during Question Period?
