We've all seen the logs piled up around the saw mills, whether it be Burns Lake or Prince George, Princeton, but here's a Sawmill database that lists off over 190 across Canada, but the bulk of them are home grown her in British Columbia.
WorkSafeBC has sent out their marching orders to the sawmills to clean up their act.
BUT, what about consumers of the milled products, ARE WE AT RISK?
Will the BC Liberal Government, the one who keeps flying around British Columbia to reassuringly say that she is going to be there for the Saw Mill operators, their employees, and the towns, who are so dependent upon the one resource, going to say to US, that she will be there too?
Is the Premier going to take the next step and order that those that the saw mills sell to, will be forewarned to a potential life threatening experience in their own shops, commercial or otherwise?
Will China, or perhaps the question really is, Has China, already been experienced their own catastrophic explosions at their Saw Mills and haven't complained to their "supplier" of the raw logs Mountain Pine Beetle as to being perhaps a contributing factor?
