BC Liberal Premier and her Ministers have been overthrown by the Deputy Ministers Council! "Enough is a Enough" they said! "We run the Province, not the Premier or her Ministers"

Normally the Premier sits atop of the the Office of the Premier, and its the Premier who sits atop of the Ministries, in alphabetical order.   But today, or rather as of February 13, 2012, it appears as though the Deputy Ministers' Council for British Columbia revolted against their Mistress/Masters and have been running this Province, and the BC Liberal MLAs.

On the surface the goofs being made by the handlers for the "Premier" hasn't changed much, in fact it appears that it has gotten worse since the DMs' Council took over the Province of BC.

Could it be that this Government Website is a grand example of how incompetent the BC Liberals are, or is it a PAB / GCPE:EX error of where the Council sits in the pecking order of the Christy Clark government?
